The façade is being modernised with new windows throughout with feature brise soleil and PV panels to the front elevation. Some ground and 1st floor rooms to the rear courtyard will have private external space fully landscaped.

The works involve full fitout of all studio rooms including all FF&E on a turnkey basis ready for student occupation. Full M&E installations to provide all facilities for modern student living including comfort cooling to designated common areas, sprinkler provision throughout and a new fire fighting lift.
