Intelle secured this mixed-use development for the conversion of a former car showroom and garage to create 12 new residential apartments on the upper floors and a gymnasium on the ground floor. The project included demolition works to remove walls and the roof structure, the construction of a new steel frame structure from 1st floor to form 12 luxury apartments with a central courtyard to create external space for each apartment with balconies to the south elevation units and roof terraces for the large penthouse apartment.

There is a new side extension to create a lift and stair core to serve the apartments. The existing basement is being accessed with a new RC ramp to provide parking for 14 cars. The ground floor was converted into a gym with separate parking at the front for 8 cars.
The internal finishes are designed to maximum comfort with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Each apartment features luxurious interiors combined with spacious accommodation and secure parking.

This external works includes new drainage, services, and landscaping including a new communal terrace to the roof with feature retained steel windows.
