Following strip out and demolition, a new curtain wall is installed in the lightwell of the building, along with complete strip and renewal of mechanical and electrical services including ventilation. Toilets are completely stripped out, fitting new IPS units and sanitaryware. All walls are made good and re-decorated along with new suspended ceiling system and new above and below ceiling void fire detection prior to being handed over to the client for the fit out works to take place.
