Intelle delivered a new high quality residential scheme which regenerated a forgotten quarter of Cardiff to create a new micro-community within a highly sustainable location in the heart of Cardiff. The project, known as Brickworks, consisted of 100 contemporary 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments which embodied modern design and living. The development is situated in the Trade Street area and the design of this new residential building reflects the influences of the area with a retained façade of one of the existing buildings. Commercial units will be located at the ground floor to help create a dynamic street scene.
