This project focused on the refurbishment and restoration of a landmark Grade 2 listed building and former brewery. Intelle completed a new marketing suite, which reflects the features and history of this impressive building, to showcase to prospective tenants.
In addition, Intelle are currently completing the refurbishment works of 120,000 sq. ft. over 3 floors which will provide high-spec modern office accommodation for London-based development company Empyrean Developments. The completed offices are being let to Healthcare at Home with partial possession given in April 2017.
The works involved a strip out of existing finishes, structural alteration and demolition works to create open office space, establishing new mechanical and electrical installations to provide air-conditioned office space with new partitions, wall and floor finishes, and new toilets and kitchens areas. Communal areas will be completed with a new central core comprised of new lifts, staircases and toilet facilities with secondary glazing to upgrade the thermal and acoustic performance of the envelope. Further works will include remedial works to the roof and drainage system and new external works to create car parking areas for 500 occupants.
