Swansea Waterfront

Project Overview

These works included two separate new single storey buildings on sites at St Helens and Knab Rock, on the foreshore at Swansea Bay, to provide facilities for the general public and tourists.

The St Helen's site housed changing rooms, showers, toilets, and an area to store specialist water sports equipment, along with a cafeteria serving food and drinks; GFA 288m².

The Knab Rock development is sited on the promenade at Mumbles, comprising of a tourist information distribution point, office, and changing facilities including public toilets and showering facilities; GFA 94m². The scheme consisted of demolishing an existing building and a complete new build.
