This project will focus on the refurbishment and restoration of a landmark Grade 2 listed building and former brewery. Intelle have been selected to complete a new marketing suite, which reflects the features and history of this impressive building, to showcase to prospective tenants. In addition, Intelle will carry out refurbishment works of 23,000 sq ft over 3 floors which will provide high-spec modern office accommodation for London-based development company Empyrean Developments. The completed offices will then be let to the NHS.
The works will involve a strip out of existing finishes, establishing new mechanical and electrical installations to provide air conditioned office space with new partitions, wall and floor finishes, and also new toilets and kitchens on all 3 floors. Communal areas will be completed with a new central core comprised of new lifts, staircases and toilet facilities with secondary glazing to upgrade the thermal and acoustic performance of the envelope. Further works will include remedial works to the roof and drainage system will also be included.
